About TeamDock

Built by coaches, for the way teams actually work.

TeamDock was created from a simple idea: every team deserves one organized place to run the season.

Coaches are expected to do more than ever. Plan practices. Communicate with families. Share schedules. Review game footage. Provide feedback. Track player development. Manage photos, sponsors, reminders, documents, and team updates, often while juggling full-time jobs, family life, and a dozen scattered group chats.

TeamDock brings that work into one clean, team-branded space.

It is not meant to replace coaching. It is meant to support it.

Why TeamDock exists

Technology around sport keeps improving, but for many grassroots and competitive teams, the day-to-day workflow is still messy.

Updates live in group chats. Video links get buried in emails. Photos sit on someone’s phone. Player feedback is hard to revisit. Families are left wondering where to look. Coaches spend too much time chasing information instead of coaching.

TeamDock was built to simplify that.

  • One dock for communication.
  • One dock for film notes.
  • One dock for player feedback.
  • One dock for photos, schedules, sponsors, and team information.

Your team. One Dock.

Developed from real coaching experience

TeamDock was developed by coaches, for coaches, based on the everyday reality of running a team.

It grew out of a practical need: teams needed a better way to stay organized, communicate clearly, and use technology in a way that actually supports player development.

Not every team needs enterprise-level performance software. Not every coach has time to manage five different tools. And not every family wants another confusing app just to find the next update.

TeamDock is built for the middle ground: powerful enough to help coaches run a better season, but simple enough for players and families to actually use.

“Coaching has always been about helping players grow, but the tools available to us keep changing. TeamDock was built to help coaches use technology with purpose: to organize feedback, strengthen communication, and keep the whole season connected.”

JP Muldoon, Founder of TeamDock

Built for coaches. Simple for families.

Coaches get a private command centre for the season: updates, reminders, film notes, player feedback, photos, sponsors, resources, and team identity in one place.

Players and families get something just as important: one clean place to check.

No digging through old messages. No wondering where the link went. No scattered updates across multiple tools. Just one team hub that keeps everyone pointed in the same direction.

Where TeamDock is going

TeamDock is starting with hockey because that is where the need is personal and clear. But the bigger vision is a flexible team platform that can support coaches, clubs, associations, and organizations across different sports.

The goal is not to add complexity. The goal is to keep improving the tools teams actually use:

  • Clearer communication
  • Better film review
  • Organized player feedback
  • Simpler team coordination
  • Stronger team identity
  • Easier access for families
  • One place for the season to live

TeamDock exists to help coaches spend less time chasing information and more time building teams.
