Association questions
What does TeamDock cost for an organization?
Pricing scales with the number of teams you bring, and it sits below our published per-team price. Tell us roughly how many teams you are thinking about and we will come back with a number and what it includes. There is no obligation and no sales sequence.
Do all of our teams have to use it?
No. Most associations offer TeamDock to their teams rather than mandating it, and that works well. Teams that want it get set up, teams that have their own system carry on. You can also start with a handful of teams for one season and look at the rest afterwards.
Does this replace our registration platform?
No, and it is not trying to. TeamDock does not collect registration fees or process family payments. Your registration system keeps doing that job. TeamDock takes over everything after the roster exists: schedule, communication, video, feedback, photos and the team's public page.
Can each team keep its own identity?
Yes. Every team gets its own private portal, its own colours and logo, and its own web address. Coaches run their own team. Nothing a team posts is visible to another team.
What happens to a team when a coach steps down?
The team stays where it is and the new coach takes it over. That is one of the main reasons associations look at this: the season's schedule, history and family contact list belong to the team rather than to whoever set up the group chat.
How long does it take to get teams up and running?
A coach can have a team live in under a minute and a roster invited in an afternoon. For an association rollout we help with the setup and give your coaches something they can follow on their own time.
Is our families' information safe?
Data is hosted in Canada, each team's information is isolated from every other team, and families control what they share. Our security and privacy pages set out the detail, and we are happy to answer anything specific your board needs.
