Your roster is the backbone of the team: it drives feedback, attendance, film notes and your public page. You can add players first and invite families later, or do both together.
Add your players
- 1Go to Roster and choose Add player.
- 2Enter the player's name and jersey number (values like 00 are fine), and set their position. Goalies get their own stat set if you use stat tracking.
- 3Repeat for the whole roster. Adding a lot at once? Use bulk import to paste your list in one step.
Link families to players
Parents and players see only the content tied to their own player, so linking is what makes private feedback and attendance work.
- 1Send a per-player invite link from the player's card. Whoever accepts is added and linked automatically, with no approval step.
- 2Or, when someone joins with the team code, open their entry on the Members page and link them to the right player.
- 3A player can have more than one parent linked, and can also have their own login.
Keep it tidy
- Mark a player inactive if they leave: their history stays, but they drop off active lists like attendance.
- Positions and jersey numbers can be edited any time from the Roster.
