Every team works a little differently. Customize Your Dock lets the head coach turn TeamDock's modules on or off, so your dashboard and menu only show what your team uses. Turning something off hides it for everyone, and your data is kept if you switch it back on.
How to change it
- 1Go to Settings and open Customize Your Dock.
- 2Toggle any module on or off, then save.
- 3The change applies to the whole team right away.
The modules
Here's what each one does:
- Attendance — availability for games and practices. Off by default; see the Track attendance guide.
- Player Feedback — private feedback notes for each player and their family.
- Development Goals — set and track development goals for players.
- Photos — team galleries, also shown on your public team page.
- Polls — quick team votes.
- Fundraising — track fundraising campaigns toward a goal.
- Files & Documents — share documents team-wide, or keep them internal to coaches and managers.
Stat tracking is controlled separately in its own setting, because it has an extra choice: keep stats coaches-only, or share them with the whole team.
