The Film Room is where game video turns into coaching. TeamDock organizes your notes around video you already host. It does not host your full game video.

How it works

  1. 1Add a video link. Paste a YouTube or Vimeo link to footage you already have. You can also connect a YouTube playlist to import games automatically.
  2. 2Mark a moment at the exact second. One click later jumps straight back to that play, with no scrubbing.
  3. 3Add a note, and aim it at a player, a pair, the whole team, or keep it coach-only for staff.
  4. 4Choose who sees it. Players and their linked parents see only the notes meant for them, in a personal feed they can mark reviewed.

Colour-coded categories

Each note can carry a category, so feedback reads at a glance and never relies on colour alone:

  • Positive, for what you want to see more of.
  • Teaching, for a concept to build on.
  • Correction, for a habit to fix.
  • Team Concept, for a group idea like a breakout or forecheck.
  • Coach-only, for notes that stay with the staff.

Keep notes short and tied to one idea, and the Film Room becomes the easiest part of your week.
