Team Chat keeps team conversation in one place instead of scattered group texts. Every team starts with channels ready to go, and you can add more for specific topics.

What you get

  • Team, Coaches and Parents channels are created automatically.
  • Anyone can start a topic chat (a tournament weekend, a carpool) with exactly the people who need it.
  • Messages are real-time, with mute controls, unread badges and push notifications so nothing gets missed.
  • Share photos right in the chat: tap the photo button, pick an image, add an optional caption, and send. Photos stay in your team's private storage and follow the same channel privacy as messages.

Safe by default

TeamDock is built for youth teams. Private one-to-one messages between an adult and a player are off unless the head coach turns them on, so conversations stay in group, visible spaces. You stay in control of what's allowed.

Anyone can report a message or photo to team staff with the flag beside it, and staff can remove any message or photo. Reports notify every coach and manager right away.

Tips

  • Use the Coaches channel for staff-only planning; families never see it.
  • Start a topic chat for anything time-boxed, then let it go quiet once it's done.
